Peter is focused on creating value and driving innovation, efficiency and scale via data analytics, technology, and industry insights. Proven skills in engaging and navigating complex business environments to achieve successful outcomes.

Peter has extensive experience overseeing and delivering finance, technology, and operations focused management consulting projects for various companies across multiple industries. He has delivered finance function assessments evaluating the effectiveness of the finance organization from a people, process, and technology perspective including benchmarking against best practices, identifying risks and opportunities to improve business performance, and developing a roadmap for driving a highly efficient and scalable finance function.

Peter also has experience interfacing with the c-suite executives to rationalize, blueprint, and execute critical transformation initiatives including technology strategy, organizational strategy, business process improvement, merger & acquisition integration, carveouts, and business process improvement. He has led many ERP, CPM, payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS software selections and implementations for various organizations.

Previously, Peter was a director in a large public accounting firm's Strategy and Management Consulting Practice, where he led business transformation initiatives for clients across several industries including high-tech, life sciences, retail & consumer products, and manufacturing & distribution.
