Mark Brown is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s tax practice. Mark has over 35 years of experience in public accounting covering individual taxation, estate and gift tax planning, corporate, partnership, nonprofit and business entity tax preparation.
Mark is a CPA, and works closely with sports enterprises and small businesses, providing all elements of accounting services down to software selection and implementation. He has extensive experience with start-up businesses and guides his clients through the complexities of international taxation. His philosophy is to approach each client with innovation and creativity while providing them with the security that is essential for their financial needs.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Mark was a Partner at Coleman Huntoon & Brown PLLC.

Mark has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 35 years and lives in Chapel Hill where his sons Matt, Spencer and grandson Benson also reside. An avid sports fan, he mixes playing and spectating and also loves to hike and travel. When he isn't enjoying family activities and adventures, he shares his time and talents with many civic organizations.
