Megan is a managing director in Citrin Cooperman’s State and Local Tax Practice and is based out of the firm’s Owings Mills, MD office. For over 25 years, Megan has been working in state and local tax with a heavy focus on personal property matters. Her property tax expertise spans the retail, grocery, distribution, hospitality, entertainment, publishing, and manufacturing sectors. Her experience also extends to helping clients minimize their property tax burden. Megan has helped her clients save millions through both refund claims and prospective tax savings opportunities. Areas of focus include tax consulting and appeals, valuation analysis, double taxation, audit defense, budgeting, and compliance.
Previously, Megan was a director in the State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice and led the personal property tax service at Clearview Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024.
