Leon Dutkiewicz Jr. leads the firm's international tax practice with more than 20 years of accounting experience. He specializes in international taxation with a proficiency in structuring global acquisitions and divestitures, analyzing income tax treaty benefits, assisting with transfer pricing implementation, managing multi-state tax issues, and compliance services.

Leon provides guidance to his clients on the implications of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2018 and strategic planning, including but not limited to, international and domestic tax, transfer pricing strategy, state and local tax, transaction advisory services, individual tax compliance and planning services, trust and estate planning, and other complex business consulting services.

Previously, Leon was a managing partner at D&H Global Tax Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2018.
