Brandon is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Transaction Advisory Services practice based out of the New York City office and provides due diligence for lenders and consulting services to financial institutions and investors. Brandon’s due diligence experience includes Asset Based Lending, REG AB attestations, Agreed Upon Procedures engagements, and Quality of Earnings analysis. He has worked with clients and counterparties ranging from middle market businesses to Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States and in the global market.

Brandon manages projects and teams, providing consulting services to clients including the testing of portfolios pledged for structured finance transactions, whole asset purchases, credit underwriting loan reviews, and operational testing of investor portfolio assets. Brandon ensures projects are executed in an efficient and professional manner pursuant to client requirements, and shares his findings with clients to enhance their ability to understand deal risks and concerns.

He has managed over 400 engagements from start to finish including leading engagement teams, drafting report issuance, and facilitating discussions with counterparties and clients. His industry experience covers multiple asset classes including manufacturing, distribution, retail, wholesale, service, automotive, equipment lease, commercial real estate, timeshares, consumer loans, fintech, healthcare, energy, and transportation. In his career, he was responsible for analyzing borrowing bases and monthly reporting packages for originators and clients consisting of broadly syndicated bonds and loans, led multiple international due diligence engagements with multinational clients and engagement teams throughout Latin America, Europe, and Asia for proposed securitization transactions, created borrowing base models for multiple proposed securitizations and asset-backed facility using client-provided term sheets, assessed the assets used to back loans/securitizations for multiple warehouse lending facilities, evaluated the target companies' servicing process and monthly reporting for compliance with Receivable or Loan Purchase Agreement, and performed multi-location fieldwork procedures with shared services centers personnel for a billion-dollar lending facility.

Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Brandon worked at a professional services firm for over 10 years. He has also worked at two Big Four public accounting firms in their transaction services and attestation/tax teams.
